I spent half of my career in survival mode, working hard, doing the right things, yet I was not making any progress. I was stuck. The worst part? I didn’t even realize it… until a wave of layoffs forced me to face the truth.
That moment changed everything. I decided to take back control and never get stuck in that place ever again, and I did, after many years of consistent effort.
Today, when I look around me, I see way too many professionals:

The worst part is that most are not even aware of it. Some tried to take back control, got lost, got discouraged, and eventually gave up. It is like being stuck in a jail made of our own choices. The 10 Stages to Thrive is not just a theory. It was born out of my experience. It took me many years to build and refine this formula. I have used it in my technical career, in my professional speaking career, and I have helped many others elevate themselves by applying the same principles in their own careers.

With two decades in IT Operations and the Telecommunications industry, I made my way from humble beginnings to become a trusted technical leader, now serving as a Senior NetworkArchitect, solving complex challenges and guiding high-stakes projects. In short, I'm known as the 1-800-Make-It-Happen guy.
